Chairperson - Mike Vallender

Mike has a proven track record in Information Technology. Most notably, as CEO of Hot Copper (ASX: HOT) which achieved a successful IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 1999.  Mike then guided HotCopper through an on-market takeover by Bourse Data (ASX: BDA) in early 2000, which culminated in a full trade sale to St. George Bank (ASX: SGB) late in 2001 where he completed his tenure as CEO of one of its financial services subsidiaries.

Mike has a strong vision and passion for business and technology, having built many successful IT companies over the last fifteen years, including the establishment of the wholesale services division at Australia's then-largest ISP, OzEmail, which was subsequently sold to US Telco giant MCI/WorldCom.
